After twenty years combined of service on the Arizona Court of Appeals and the
Maricopa County Superior Court, Dan has begun a new phase in his professional
life: mediation.
"It has been very rewarding," said Dan, "to have people call, ask me to mediate their case and then get the case resolved. I have found myself enjoying this aspect of the profession
so very much."
Dan has been involved as a settlement judge or a mediator in dozens of cases involving commercial disputes, insurance bad faith, fraud, professional malpractice and a wide variety of complex civil matters.
As the principal author of over 900 written decisions on the Arizona Court of Appeals,
and over 250 jury trials as a superior court judge, Dan has breadth in his legal
background that is hard to duplicate and facilitates the mediation process.
Dan likes to put people at ease, but also tells them what he thinks. He would welcome
the opportunity to assist you and your clients in resolving your legal dispute.
